WILDWOOD CREST NJ – Brine restaurant and bar opened this summer in the former Bayview Inn location and after a short lived name changed to Drift under the new owner Mark Platzer.
The new restaurant and bar has been under going renovations since february and will have a completely differnet feel then the old Bayview. The "Brine on Sunset lake" will be a place were patrons can hang out and listen to muisc. Platzer has owned the former Bayview propertie for 15 years now and is turning over the management and operations of the new Brine restaurant to the next generation: his daughter, Brianna. Opened this Memorial Day Weekend under the name drift but has been recently renamed Brine. Acording the the new sign out front the restaurant is only open for dinner from 4pm to close, a change from the orginal Drift concept that opened at 11am.
