- A new healthy eatery is coming to Lawrence Township, NJ. The owner is the co-owner of Viva Plaza and Viva Ballroom Dance Fitness which Wyszynski launched in 2008. At 1891 Brunswick Pike, the restaurant will offer healthy food and a fun atmosphere.
Crave Nature's Eatery Opens in Lawrenceville, NJ
Crave Nature's Eatery's menu includes seasonal dishes and is designed to accommodate more than 50 people. A live edge countertop, reclaimed wood paneling, and tables tops are among the unique design elements of the cafe. The window bar has ten seats, and there is also an outdoor area.
The ambiance is warm and inviting. There is a vegan and vegetarian menu and a selection of teas. You can even buy high-quality Turkish pistachio nuts to take home with you.
Leading the kitchen is Chef Elizabeth Martini, who enjoyed stints at Lambertville Station Restaurant & Inn and, most recently, Wildflour Bakery and Café in Lambertville.
