Choolaah used the downtime during the pandemic to reimagine its technology and floorplan, allowing for a more elevated guest experience.

The brand had already been developing its Choolaah app, reward/loyalty program, and other new ideas when the pandemic hit last spring.

Through the glass, guests can still watch their food prepared in their custom-built 700° tandoor ovens or, guests can order ahead for easy pick-up, curbside, or delivery.

The new menu included a few new hot and chilled Chai beverages, a Kids’ Choolaah Bowl, family-style meals for four, and more surprises.
