Director of Culinary, Karen Nicolas reveals her new menu which is brimming with rich fall flavors together with dishes fashioned for the season.

Start with the Sweet Potato Hummus with chickpea, tomato harissa, parsley, and fried dough ($11); Main dishes include Royal Tide Salmon Veracruz with san Marzano, ancho chili, olives, cranberry beans, cilantro crema ($26); Chilean Sea Bass Noodle Bowl with soba noodles, calamari, tender greens, sunchoke miso broth ($24); Linguine Alla Mushroom Carbonara with smoked mushrooms, egg, garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano, peppercorn ($21); Pennsylvania Duck Breast with escarole, roasted grapes, thyme, smoked chestnut vinaigrette ($33).
Pull a stool up to the bar and sip on an autumnal cocktail! Nothing’s better on a nice autumn day than flavors that highlight the tastes of the season! Dinner is offered 7 nights a week from 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and until 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm and offers a special Bar Menu, $4 house red and white wine; $5 single mix well drinks; and $4 Miller Lites.
