Wayne, PA - With summer coming and our gardens blooming, co-owner/chefs Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan of At The Table BYOB will be charging into late spring as well as early summer along with several bold tasty dishes which showcase the fresh ingredients of the season. It’s that time of year while produce is actually at its freshest, so when you journey through the new menu, you’ll discover that Hardy and Buzan have something for everyone.
Brand new menu items include Crab Croquettes alongside mango relish, pickled mustard seeds, and horseradish crema ($20); Scallop Risotto with ramp arugula pesto, leeks, wild mushrooms, and parmesan ($30); Soft-shell Crab compressed honey dew along with mint and chili; compressed cucumber with wine and lemon; honeydew purée ($30); Pan Seared Skate with gem lettuce, king oyster mushroom, and grape verjus ($36).
"My favorite time of year to create a new menu. The season has so much to offer,” explains chef/owner Alex Hardy. “Our soft-shell crabs are off the map and the produce is at it’s peek!” “And our new menu features plenty of light, fresh dishes that are perfect for dining al fresco on these beautiful spring nights,” adds co-chef/owner Tara Buzan.

Dinner is served At The Table Tuesday through Saturday from 5:00 - 10:00pm. Prix Fixe Sunday Supper is offered from 5:00 - 9:00pm.
