Established by veteran restauranteur Derek Cha and business partner Mike Kim, the chain has rapidly grown over the past several years with locations in Dallas, Texas; Atlanta, Georgia; San Francisco, California; Seattle, Washington; and now Houston, Texas - with plans to open another location soon in Montgomery, Alabama.
