Bagels and Co.Philadelphia, PA - Bagel and coffee lovers, get ready! Glu Hospitality is turning a pandemic pivot into a major brand expansion. Bagels and Co. opened one year ago in Northern Liberties. The popular bagel, coffee, lunch, and deli hot spot now announces not one, not two, but six new locations.

Six New Locations Coming to Center City, Fishtown, Temple, and More

Bagels and Co. are about to take over Philadelphia with new locations for Fishtown, Temple, Brewerytown, Rittenhouse, Midtown Village, and Center City.

Before the pandemic, Glu Hospitality and owners Tim Lu and Derek Gibbons were known for nightlife, entertainment, game day action, and bottle service. The pandemic pushed the hospitality company to expand into the food and restaurant space.

Glu Hospitality is now poised to not only open six new Bagels and Co. locations but expand the brand with 5-10 more locations next year, as well as the forthcoming The Peabody bar and restaurant coming to Temple Campus and four additional restaurant concepts on the way! Glu, with Philly Sushi Whisperer Chef Kevin Yanaga, also just grand opened Omakase by Yanaga. They will also announce a new restaurant pop-up in Center City. They are also about to take another ghost kitchen brick-and-mortar by the year's end!

This is a major expansion into the food space for a hospitality group known for Vesper Center City, Vesper Pool and Leda, and the Swan. For foodies from the Philly region, this is a win-win with new food and drink offerings in neighborhoods around the city.
