I also met Chris Fitzpatrick, the Director of Guest Experience, who had worked as the owner of Matthew Hendricks's other restaurant, The Thirsty Dice, located in the Fairmont section of Philadelphia, for about four years. Chris recommended that I order the handheld 21 burgers with bacon, bacon jam, and Gouda mornay on a seeded brioche bun which I did. It was delicious. Our personable waitress Garcelle Polche suggested Kat order the mussels, which also looked very good - I didn't try them, but Kat liked them. Linda and Nick both had the Boardroom burger and fries, which they both liked. Add this to your list for a casual place to have fun and enjoy a bite to eat.
