Philadelphia, PASteak House - Philadelphia restaurateur Marc Vetri is getting ready to open his own restaurant outside of the city this summer, an Italian steakhouse in the former site of Enoteca Tredici in Bryn Mawr. Vetri began previewing the new restaurant on his Instagram account.

Marc Vetri to open Italian steakhouse Fiore Rosso in Bryn Mawr

Fiore Rosso will open in the former Enoteca Tredici building at 913 West Lancaster Avenue and is aiming for a July opening date this summer. The new restaurant will be an Italian steakhouse headed up by chef de cuisine Jesse Grossman, who has worked for Vetri in his other restaurants.

In addition to Italian-style steaks, the restaurant's menu and feel will feature and promote local farmers and artisans. The new restaurant will feature wood-fired grilled steaks, roasted vegetables, and crudo.

Vetri left URBN and his restaurants Osteria, Amis, Alla Spina, Pizzeria Vetri, and Bar Amis, which he sold to the retail giant in 2015. He has since been vocal in recent years about his plans to expand his restaurant footprint into the suburbs.
