Dim Sum House Fishtown will be located at 1214 N. American St. as part of the Liberty Square development.
The restaurant's menu features classic Chinese favorites and modern interpretations of Chinese classics. It will be an exciting new addition to Fishtown and is expected to be one of the best in the city.
The dim sum served at Dim Sum House by Jane Gs is inspired by both Cantonese and Shanghai cuisine. The menu offers a variety of traditional Chinese dishes, from fried rice and noodles to chef specialties. The menu also features a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options.
Those on a tight budget can take advantage of the restaurant's full-service bar, which offers several wines by the glass and more by the bottle. The cocktail menu includes several cocktails inspired by old-school Chinese kung fu movies.
The restaurant's two other locations are located at 1930 Chestnut St. in Center City and 3939 Chestnut St. in University City.
