Philadelphia, PA - On March 10, 2022, Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten launched a new six-course tasting menu format at his largest and tallest restaurant, Jean-Georges Philadelphia, in partnership with Four Seasons Hotel Concass Philadelphia Special Center.

Being temporarily closed in March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, the long-awaited reopening will once again invite guests to an immersive dining experience in the clouds.
It will be a carefully coordinated service with elements designed to inspire and delight every meal. Seasonal ingredients from the Philadelphia area will be prepared using classic French techniques, with a global reach and the freshest vegetables, meats, and seafood from around the world.
For the first time, Jean-Georges Philadelphia will offer two side-by-side versions of the tasting menu: a land and sea menu and a pure sushi menu.
Guests can enjoy signature Jean-Georges specialties such as egg and caviar toast and yellowfin tuna ribbons. They will be delighted to discover new dishes carefully paired with local flavors such as Philadelphia bourbon, local elderberries, Pennsylvania-raised duck, fresh trout from the Pocono Mountains, grapefruit from nearby farms; the bread and berries are sourced from the Pennsylvania factory, and the menu changes frequently depending on the season.
A mobile champagne cart will provide guests with the opportunity to explore rare labels by the glass or by the bottle. At the same time, an à la carte menu of carefully crafted wines and spirits will be curated by the best producers in Pennsylvania.

Jean-Georges Philadelphia will be open from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm Thursday through Saturday.
