Philadelphia, PA - Elevated taco and scratch-made cocktail restaurant Bomba Taco + Bar will introduce its globally inspired concept to Newtown, in February 2022. Bomba’s new location at the Village at Newtown will provide an adventurous escape from home at 2930 South Eagle Road and the second location in the Pennsylvania market.
BOMBA Taco + Bar is a premium, casual taco concept in Philadelphia. Part of the Paladar Restaurant Group, it is the sister concept of Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar.
The name comes from the Puerto Rican dance, so guests can expect a fun atmosphere and a diverse menu. The menu is centered around chef-driven tacos. The bar offers handcrafted tequila cocktails and an extensive selection of craft beers.
The menu consists of tacos, taco salads, and various other items. The bar and restaurant will also offer an extensive drink list, with over 100 varieties of rum to choose from.
It offers a variety of elevated tacos, shareable snacks, and crave-able, high-quality sides. Stand out menu items include Harissa Cauliflower Wings, the Wild Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, and taco favorites like the Vietnamese Meatball and Nashville Hot Chicken
The restaurant will offer a full menu for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch. In addition, the restaurant will feature a build-your-own-taco kit, which allows guests to customize their own tacos. Bomba’s bold menu takes inspiration from global flavors and cultures.
