Philadelphia, PA - The Terrace on 18th will open this June at the site formerly occupied by the Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel. This unique iconic location and building are located at the historically fitting 1776 address on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Pearl Properties Announces The Terrace on 18th
The project is the brainchild of Pearl Properties, a Center City-based real estate investment and development firm.
The firm has been busy converting the former hotel into 288 distinctive one-bedroom suite residences with spectacular views. The units will offer customers private balconies, available floor plans, brand new kitchens, on-site valet parking, 24/7 front door concierge service, and a 12,500 square foot amenity package.
Victory Brewing Company in Center City
The Terrace on 18th will also house the Victory Brewing Companies, Center City flagship location. A bi-level brewery and taproom with outdoor seating and a rooftop patio and a second fast-casual eatery on the 18th Street side of the project will be announced later this spring.
