Grilled Sword FishHUDA Grilled Sword Fish"HUDA Philly" will be a niche sandwich shop, featuring specialty sandwiches prepared on house-made artisanal bread, located in the Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia.

According to HUDA's website, the specialty sandwich shop is going to offer globally inspired sandwiches on house-made bread, particularly sourdough bread and milk buns.

According to Huda's Instagram page, the menu will include; Hamachi lox, nori cream cheese, pickled cucumbers on a house-baked grilled sourdough and grilled swordfish, napa cabbage slaw, kimchi tartar sauce on a house-made milk bun.

About HUDA and Location

HUDA Philly will likely be opening by the end of the summer and is going to take over the location previously occupied by Hai Street at 32 S. 18th Street.



At this time, due to the pandemic, Chef Sichel will likely open the sandwich shop for delivery and takeout only. When restrictions are finally lifted, indoor seating will become available.
