- Eating out in Malvern is about to get even more exciting when BOMBA Tacos & Rum Bar opens its fresh, Latin-inspired taco concept in mid-December. Bomba’s new location at The Grove, previously The Shops at Great Valley in Malvern, will be it's first in Pennsylvania.
New Taco, Rum Bar Coming To Main Line
BOMBA’s hospitality and menu draw inspiration from Latin food and culture, which results in unique, sophisticated, bold flavors. BOMBA will offer a wide variety of taco options such as Blackened Fish, Smoked BBQ Pork, as well as Chipotle Mushroom options.
The bold flavors of BOMBA’s dishes are enhanced by their quality ingredients. The kid’s menu comes with fresh, healthy options, such as a Build-Your-Own Taco Kit, making BOMBA a family-friendly destination for diners with children.
The beverage program will highlight over 100 rums, available to try in flights, as well as in unique rum cocktails. Signature cocktails – such as BOMBA’s hand-muddled mojitos and house margaritas along with a large selection of craft beers and house wines round out the drink menu.
The 4,000-sq foot restaurant can seat up to 185 guests along with semi-private space for meetings and events. An all-season outdoor area with heaters provides the perfect year-round escape to experience BOMBA’s fresh Latin flavors.
BOMBA is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner service. Happy hour takes place weekdays 4 – 6:30 p.m. A weekend brunch is also offered on Saturdays and Sundays when diners can enjoy dishes such as scrambled eggs and chorizo tacos and huevos rancheros.
