Philadelphia, PAMighty Melt in the Bourse Food Hall - Having closed the original spot in South Philly, The Grubhouse kicks off a new life in the recently refurbished Bourse Building on Independence Mall.

The Grubhouse at The Bourse Food Hall

The New Grubhouse will be serving up all-day breakfast as well as innovative takes on American cuisines, such as breakfast bowls, breakfast specialty sandwiches, pancakes, and a lot more. The menu features the famous Bacon cakes, Hot Chicken & Waffles, Biscuits & Gravy as well as The Elvis (grilled sandwich with peanut butter, banana, and bacon). In addition to breakfast, The Grubhouse also offer Southern craft beers, and of course bloody marys, mimosas & “beer-moss.”

The Bourse Food Hall Grand Opening - The Bourse is a grand Beaux-Arts building built in 1891 and established as the country's very first commodities exchange as well as the first worldwide to function as a stock exchange, maritime exchange, plus grain-trading exchange at the same time. The new food hall today is the anchor to a 9 leveled atrium offering 250,000 square feet of refurbished office spaces, most notably the 3rd Philadelphia location for MakeOffices, a turnkey, low-cost co-working and also shared office space approach with comprehensive services such as a 5,000 square foot health and fitness center, a fantastic open kitchen, coffee shop, and event area.
