Philadelphia, PA - What happens when three friends, Chefs Jasper Alivia, Jesus Garcia, and Alejandro Fuentes teaming up to open a restaurant. Get ready for Nemi a modern-day Mexican restaurant and bar on the corner spot in Port Richmond, located at Thompson and Ann streets.
Nemi Modern Mexican Restaurant Opening in Port Richmond
Nemi, which translates to “live” in Nahuatl is the brainchild of three close friends, all coming from the local restaurant scene and will be offering tacos, guacamole, as well as margaritas with an opening date as early as this December.
The three amigos have already been redesigning the restaurant at 2636 E. Ann Street which will include a dining establishment and bar which when opened will offer up traditional Mexican flavors, and expects it's going to grow into a neighborhood staple.
The strategy is to open up in December for dinner with Brunch as well as lunch soon to follow after the restaurant becomes established.
