- Chef Michael Solomonov along with Steve Cook will open a new eatery in Rittenhouse Square at the new Harper location, a residential and retail building being built on what was once the historic Boyd Theater.
Michael Solomonov and Steven Cook New Restaurant at The Harper
The dining establishment is going to be on 19th Street inside the new Harper building, named after James Harper, Rittenhouse Square’s very first builder as well as a former congressman during the1830s. Solomonov and Cook have not yet revealed the restaurants cuisine yet, but have announced that it will likely be open all day. The restaurateurs are also the owners of Federal Donuts deep-fried chicken/doughnut company.
Along with the brand-new eatery, the Harper is going to consist of retail shops, office space, an outside pool, a green roof featuring room to socialize, plus an underground garage area. Designed by DAS Architects, one of the country’s top design firms has developed an exceptional resume of hospitality, retail, corporate and residential projects.
