Philadelphia, PA - Trolley Car Station, will launch this week in University City, as part of a trio of local establishments among them the Trolley Car Diner in Mt Airy & Trolley Car Cafe in East Falls by developer Ken Weinstein.
The new addition is part of 40th Street Trolley Portal Gardens, a breathtaking gateway for West Philadelphia trolley passengers and a vibrant public space for neighbors. The new establishment, Trolley Car Station, will be an eastern anchor on the fast-growing Baltimore Avenue business corridor, where tens of thousands of neighbors, commuters, university students, and employees from the nearby VA Medical Center and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia converge.
Trolley Car Station, is a two-story restaurant that will serve up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location will accommodate 150 people. In addition to meal items, they will provide ice cream, as well as pick-your-own six-packs of beer, which will include somewhere between150 to 200 beer and craft beer options.
The Trolley Car Station, located at 3940 Baltimore Ave, they will open till 9 p.m. on weekdays, and 10 p.m. on weekends.
