Philadelphia, PA - Hatch & Coop, is a chicken and egg joint, in Midtown Village according to founder and owner Gary Dorfman. Located in the former shopfront of now closed Jake's Sandwich Board, with the same owners, space has been overhauled as a fast-casual fried chicken joint. Putting together incredibly, excellent specialty sandwiches.
Hatch & Coop is the brainchild of Jake’s Sandwich Board, which launched in 2014 when Dorfman discovered the advantages of cooking with poultry.
