There’s a whole bunch of new things rollin’ out at Hai Street Kitchen & Co this spring. The home of Philadelphia’s favorite sushi burrito is now mobile! Hai Street Kitchen’s newest location can be found, well, wherever its wheels take it.
The Hai Street Kitchen & Co. Food Truck will feature a rotating menu of sushi burritos. Keep track of the truck’s whereabouts by following the hashtag #HaiOnWheels on Twitter. Stay tuned, it may be coming to a corner near you!
Also new this spring, Hai Street Kitchen is adding two new signature rolls to their line up. Introducing the Ho-Lee Shrimp and Flamin’ Tuna. The Ho-Lee Shrimp features shrimp tempura with Asian slaw, fresh beets, homemade avocado salsa and HSKC’s spicy mayo. The Flamin’ Tuna is packed with Yellowfin tuna tartare, crisp romaine, carrots, fresh beets, homemade avocado salsa and finished with tangy gochujang sauce.
And if you’re craving sushi burritos in NYC, you can find Hai Street Kitchen at Urbanspace Vanderbilt, a year-round food hall in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Urbanspace Vanderbilt is located at 45th Street & Vanderbilt Avenue, inside The Helmsley Building at 230 Park Ave, New York, NY 10169. HSKC at UrbanSpace Vanderbilt is open daily at 11 a.m.
