- Acclaimed Chef/Owner, Pierre Calmels of Bibou BYOB in Philadelphia, will be delivering a little bit of his French flair when he headlines as Liberty Hall Pizza’s Guest Pizzaiolo on Tuesday, February 25th from 5 to 9 p.m.
The Chef is going to be showcasing his Pizza Lyonnaise - Goat Cheese, Potatoes, Bacon, Egg, and Baby Frisée Salad; and Pizza Périgourdine - Duck Confit, Dried Fig, Arugula Salad, Pine Nuts, Foie Gras.
Opened in December 2014, Liberty Hall Pizza was named one of “America’s Favorite Neighborhood Restaurants” by Bon Appétit magazine; The pizzeria is open Tuesdays through Sundays for dinner and serves lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
