Philadelphia, PA - Just, one year after opening Taqueria Del Norte, Chef Kris Serviss is changing the concept of the original Blue Duck in Northeast Philly. The new restaurant has become Culture on the Circle, a New American BYOB.

Chef Serviss has converted Taqueria Del Norte into Culture on the Circle as Philadelphia's latest New American BYOB. The new restaurant's menu is going to be based on a few staple entries, with an emphasis on revolving specials as well as a Sunday BYOB mimosas brunch. Also, the new eatery will still be serving up the famous duck fries from the original Blue Duck restaurant.
Culture on the Circle Hours:
Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m., Sunday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. for brunch, and will be closed Mondays.
