Philadelphia, PAPhilly's Cadence Named Best New Restaurants 2019 - Food & Wine Magazine has selected South Kensington’s Cadence as the #1 - "Best New Restaurant" in the country. The charming BYOB defeated various other establishments such as; Suerte, in Austin, Texas and Frenchette, in New York City.

The honor is just one of many Philadelphia establishments gaining national attention in recent years, including local restaurants such as Zahav and Vetri. This years winners will be hornored at next months Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, as well as featured in the F&W’s July restaurant issue.

Cadence is owned and Operated by; Chef Jon Nodler, Chef Michael Fry, and Pastry Chef Samantha Kincaid who actually got together cooking at Fork, High Street on Market, as well as a.kitchen.

Philly's Cadence New American BYOB Menu

The establishment describe’s it self as a local New-American BYOB restaurant situated in the South Kensington, offering up a menu which features a number of of the regions best ingredients. Open five nights a week Tuesday-Saturday, offering up a la carte selections as well as a $68 4-course menu. Hours: Tuesday-Thursday 5:30-9:30pm, Friday 5:30-10pm, Saturday 5-10pm.
