Philadelphia, PA Del Frisco's Grille New Executive Chef and General Manager - Del Frisco's announced Leo Barbuto has recently been named general manager, with Justin Womack as executive chef, of the latest Del Frisco’s Grille in Philadelphia, scheduled to open December 10, 2018. The eatery is an elegant, contemporary space along with a dynamic ambiance in which life becomes celebrated over the dining room table.

In the heart & soul of the downtown area, the restaurant is the sole Del Frisco’s Grille in the Keystone State. With a whopping 7,260-square-feet of space, the brand-new American bar and grill are going to accommodate more than 250 guests as well as feature a spacious private event space suitable to hold parties of upwards of 36 guests.

Barbuto started his culinary career at a young age, beginning as a busboy working in a local Philadelphia restaurant, followed by a few serving and bartending jobs in the corporate world until eventually at the age of 23. Barbuto’s true calling ended up being in management, serving as a general manager for the past ten years. Before joining the Del Frisco’s Grille staff, Barbuto was the General Manager at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Philadelphia. At Del Frisco’s Grille Philadelphia, Barbuto is going to spearhead the day-by-day activities, with an emphasis on guest experiences.

Along with Barbuto, Del Frisco’s Grille is going to be operated by Executive Chef Justin Womack. Womack has ten years worth of culinary experience after studying culinary arts in Delaware. Before joining Del Frisco's, Womack experienced every back-of-house jobs as well as operations experience before taking over a full-service kitchen.

Del Frisco’s Grille Philadelphia is going to be open for lunchtime on Monday–Friday starting at 11:30 a.m. to3 p.m.; dinner Monday–Wednesday beginning at 3 p.m. to10 p.m., Thursday – Saturday from 3 p.m.to 11 p.m., Sunday from 3 p.m. to10 p.m.; as well as Saturday and Sunday brunch from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Located at 225 S.
