Announcement

Well, as you probably already know, Mother Nature is not cooperating with us today! With the massive amount of rain and heavy flooding around the ballpark last night, we wanted to send out a quick weather & event update.

Walk The Bases. As you know the walk the bases & warning track was weather permitting. Since The Phillies must protect the field, the walk the bases and warning track will not be available today. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

Rain or Shine. This event is a rain of shine event. While the concourse is mostly covered, many of the best pizza vendors are outside. Please be prepared for rainy weather.

Event Map Updates.  We are sorry if some of you could not view the map link we sent yesterday.  Due to the heavy flooding last night, we needed to adjust the event layout.  Please CLICK HERE for the final version of the map.  We did need to modify and relocate the kids zone, please note the new location.

Brought to you by UpcomingEvents.com and A Taste of Your Town. The festival will have unlimited samples of over 200+ varieties of pizza and specialty foods from restaurants, pizzerias, and pizza food trucks from all over the Philadelphia area and surrounding states.

Ray Sheehan, event organizer, comments, “What makes this Pizza Festival so special is havingso many pizzerias accessible at one time in one location providing the chance to enjoy differentstyles of pizza from all over the world!”

The event will also have a large giant beer and wine garden, multiple areas of liveentertainment, life-size beer pong, baggo tournaments and other adult games, face painters, balloon twisters and carnival games for the kids, and a chance to walk the bases & warningtrack (weather permitting) like the pros!

Sheehan states, “This is shaping up to be one of the greatest pizza events in the world with an unbelievable backdrop at the Phillies ballpark; there’s no other festival like this!”

Tickets also include Phillies game ticket! Multiple ticket packages are available. Anyone interested in attending can purchase tickets at www.PizzaFestival.com. Kids eight years and younger receive free admission with paying adults.
