PhillyBite10Oysters 101: There are over 100 species of true oysters and traditionally they are named after the body of water or bay in which they are grown and are known by a myriad of names such as Wellfleets, Kumamoto and La Saint Simon. In honer of National Oyster Day on August 5th we have created a list 3 great restaurants in Philadelphia that are celebrating with great oyster specials.
