But, what you may not know is that Teikoku (5492 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square; 610-644-8270); Azie in Media (217 West State Street, Media; 610-566-4750); and Azie on Main (789 East Lancaster Ave., Villanova; 610-527-5700) have employed some of the most talented sushi chefs in the Philadelphia region. These four sushi chefs, Akihiko Takeshima (Azie in Media), Koichi Aoyama (Teikoku), Toyoji Yamada (Azie on Main) and Toshio Hosaka (Teikoku) have worked for some of Philadelphia’s premiere restaurants like Morimoto, Pod and the original Genji, where they all met in the 1980s, and went on to contribute their talent to the growing popularity of sushi and Japanese cuisine in Philadelphia and the suburbs.

Please join us at Teikoku on Sunday, March 26th at 6:00pm as these seasoned chefs are reunited for one final evening to bid farewell to Executive Sushi Chef, Toshio Hosaka, who retires at the end of the month. In honor of his departure, Win Signature Restaurants is hosting a 4 Course Celebration Sushi Chef Dinner where all four sushi chefs and friends will join together to enjoy great sushi, special dishes. In addition, throughout March Azie On Main, Azie In Media and Teikoku in Newtown Square will offer Chef Hosaka's signature sushi dish, Daikon Radish wrapped Lobster with Plum Sesame Vinaigrette and Seaweed Salad ($16).

and a spicy tuna roll

Fourth Course:
Mochi Ice Cream
