The cocktail will be featured during Happy Hour this St. Patrick’s Day on Friday.

Square 1682  - Rittenhouse’s Square 1682 is paying tribute to the Irish this St. Patrick’s Day with their food and booze specials.

For the perfect St. Patty’s Day pairing, guests can enjoy Chef Bobby Surdam’s Guinness-glazed chicken wings (6 for $9 and 12 for $16) with Lead Bartender Kulisek’s specialty craft cocktail, The Quiet Man ($12) — Art in the Age Sweet Potato, Jameson Caskmates, honey and lemon.



Guinness specials will be available all day to pair or enjoy on their own at the Rittenhouse House bar and restaurant adjacent to Hotel Palomar.

Red Owl Tavern - At Red Owl Tavern on Independence Mall, uber-talented Lead Bartender Kyle Darrow gives nod to the holiday with his Irish Palm — shaken with Lemongrass Vodka, Midori, coconut milk, and finished with a Sumac mist. $12 and offered all weekend. {Photo below}
