Ryan Rubino and Chef Anthony Barone present an exciting menu with updated versions of classic Italian dishes, small plates, and brunch. Bar One even offers a little trip down memory lane for the late 20’s early 30’s crowd with an adult version of a Flintstone Push Pop using real sherbet. While everything on the menu is fantastic, a few noteworthy and must try dishes include the tiramisu french toast -available on the brunch menu, couscous salad, pappardelle pasta with short rib, arugula, pecorino, and romano cheese, and mini buffalo chicken eggrolls.Ryan Rubino and Chef Anthony Barone present an exciting menu with updated versions of classic Italian dishes, small plates, and brunch.
