Double Knot - Michael Schulson’s Double Knot is where chef Kevin Yanaga  will be crafting sushi and robata in an underground dining room.

Hungry Pigeon  - Longtime South Philadelphia Tap Room and American Sardine Bar chef Scott Schroeder keeps open-all-day Hungry Pigeon teed up for Fabric Row with baker and business partner Pat O’Malley.

Beefsteak at UPenn - This is megawatt DC chef José Andrés’ veg-centric, fast-casual spot at Penn.

The Bazaar - Another José Andrés creation, this upscale restaurant is located at Broad Street's forthcoming SLS Hotel.
