The Experience
10 Arts Bistro & Lounge at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia specializes in American cuisine with an emphasis on sustainable, locally grown ingredients and seasonal menu changes. What results is a sophisticated dining experience that’s both worldly and home-grown.
Cuisine
10 Arts Bistro & Lounge excellent appetizers include Spanish Rock Octopus, a variety of Oysters, Tuna Tartare prepared with Wasabi Tobiko, ginger-lime emulsion and house made chicken liver mousse.
Entrée highlights – and there are many of them – are the Pennsylvania Brook Trout with Brussels Sprouts, Crispy Potato Salad in Brown Butter Sauce, Pineland Farms New York Strip and Wild Striped Bass with sautéed pea tendrils, white beans and ginger broth.
Meanwhile, 10 Arts’ mid-day menu features Tagliatelle Pasta Pomodoro, Roasted Lancaster County Chicken Breast and Honey Crisp Apple Salad with mustard greens, toasted walnuts in an apple cider vinaigrette – as well as sandwiches like mini Burger or Fish Burger, Croque Monsieur with sunny side up egg and the 10 Arts’ dressed-up Philadelphia Cheesesteak.
Atmosphere
10 Arts Bistro & Lounge’s spectacular rotunda — visible from the Avenue of the Arts — infuses the dining room with energy and clean sophistication. The rotunda’s white-marble architecture truly makes 10 Arts one of the most spectacular spaces in all of Philadelphia.
An ebony wine display stands at the center of the rotunda, housing the restaurant’s extensive wine collection while anchoring the soaring room. Meanwhile, the dining room’s tall, prominent windows are accented with rich draperies to create a subtle beacon in the busy, urban neighborhood.
In the Lounge
Take a seat in 10 Arts’ lounge for a drink or while you wait for a table and relax with a signature cocktail or choose from a glass of wine from their comprehensive wine list. The 10 Arts Lounge offers a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere, and a spectacular happy hour where you can enjoy food and drink specials any night of the week and live music on Wednesdays and local DJ’s on Thursday and Friday evenings.
Enjoy a bite from their light fare like Homemade Soft Pretzels served with cheddar cheese sauce, jalapeño jam, and Dijon mustard – Grilled Flatbread, Artisanal Cheese Plate, and organic salmon ceviche.
