The preliminary chilled shrimp cocktail served with kumquat and house made tangy tomato jam was refreshing prior to the divine sushi sampler.

Clam chowder, delivered in a warm cast iron bowl, was robust and smooth. The savory white cream soup was poured upon arrival over a steamed clam shell, crisp bacon, fingerling potato bits, and various seasoned vegetables delivering a rich comforting taste.

A much loved and well-known breakfast favorite has been recreated into a fusion of American and Latin flavors known as Crab Benedict. Layered on top of a toasted muffin half is a lightly spiced crab cake, fresh grilled avocado, and a perfectly poached egg draped with a buttery, yet zesty chipotle hollandaise.

Dessert consisted of the unforgettable melt in your mouth Funnel Cake “Churros”. The golden brown fried dough was paired with tart pickled black berries, agave, orange cherry tomatoes, and sprinkled with powdered sugar for a delicious sweet crunch.
